Is there a no-cost way to try Storefronts?+

Yes. The Demo plan gives you a single terminal with every module switched on — Store, Hotel, Restaurant, Bar, Club and Warehouse — so you can run the full app on your own machine before you commit to anything. No card required.

What is Toa and when will it be available?+

Toa is the operational concierge we're building into Storefronts — currently in development, with rollout planned across every plan from Demo upward. It's designed to pick up the patterns in how your business runs — your typical volumes, your usual variances, your reorder or turnaround cadences — and surface what needs your attention, ranked to your operation. Same concierge whether you're running rooms, tables, a sales floor, a warehouse or a job-based service business. When it lands there will be nothing to configure; it can tune itself as you operate, and what it learns will stay inside your tenancy.

How does the per-vertical pricing work?+

Each business type — Store, Hotel, Restaurant, Bar, Club and Warehouse — has its own Starter, Growth and Business plan with limits scoped to that vertical. During onboarding the live recommender surfaces the affordable plan that covers what you described, with one-click upgrade if your needs grow. Plan limits are enforced as you go, so there are no surprises at checkout.

What if my business doesn't fit one of the six modules?+

That's what Storefronts Suite is for. You start with Storefronts Base — the operations spine every customer runs on — and we integrate the workflows your business actually needs. Pricing is a one-time integration fee plus a monthly plan suited to your operation. Currently in development: Property Management for rental portfolios.

Can I use Storefronts offline?+

The desktop app supports offline use — your cart survives a power cut and reconnects when the network returns. Transactions are recorded atomically once back online.

What's the difference between terminals, operator seats and dashboard seats?+

A terminal is any customer-facing screen Storefronts ships — the cashier till, the hotel front desk, the waiter tablet, the kitchen display, the storekeeper receiving screen. Anything task-based that serves a customer in real time. Every user in your tenancy is a seat — Seats come in two pools: operator seats are the people who sign into terminals (cashiers, waiters, front-desk, housekeepers), and dashboard seats are the people who work in the back-office views (admins, managers, supervisors).

Does the price include hardware?+

No. Storefronts works with any standard ESC/POS thermal printer, USB barcode scanner and cash drawer. Bring your own.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing in the app. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
